Explore the History of Dauderi House and Latvia

Target audience: Grades 1–4, grade 5–9

In the lesson, students learn about the turning points and the most dramatic changes in Latvia in the 19th and 20th centuries, using the history of  Dauderi house as an example.

Procedure: the lesson thematically explores the museum’s permanent exhibition according to the age group. After the overview tour (approx. 20-30 min.), pupils work in groups, each of which is given a set of working cards to complete the activity.
